Training and development has long been a passion of mine. I love to help people learn and apply new skills and that is how I approach consulting. Since 2016 I have been teaching classes in Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Leadership and other topics for Madison College. If your company needs training, I can provide those directly or through Madison College if you want to get certificates for your team.

In addition to formal training, I can provide mentorship and onsite services too. Examples of consulting services include project mentorship or facilitation, process mapping facilitation, Gemba walks, 6S audit and implementation training, among other services.
